Our warehouse packs and ships regularly to our private customers. Of course, we do everything to deliver as fast as possible, and as a customer you can therefore always expect to receive your goods within 2-5 business days.

You have a 14-day right of return on unused products in original and undamaged packaging.

If you send one or more items back to us, it is important that you pack the products securely in a strong outer packaging so that they are not damaged during transport.

Remember to enclose the order number and your contact information (these appear on the original order confirmation, so you can simply enclose a printout of it).

We recommend that the package is returned as a package with tracking, as this is your assurance that it arrives and is delivered to us correctly.

Do you want your money back?
Once we have the products back, we will check that the product is unused and undamaged.
Once we have done so, we will return the payment to the credit card used to place the order.

Do you want to exchange to another product?
Once the initial order has been credited to your card (or whenever you feel like it) - Please place a new order.
